Cancer Season is here and with it comes it comes a plethora of feelings and emotions, but it’s all good because here are my top tips and tricks for Cancer Season! I hope they help!

Purge

Your emotions are likely to run with more intensity than usual but that’s not necessarily a bad thing when you use it to your advantage. What fears are you carrying? What insecurities cause you to act particular ways? Why are you like this?? Emotions sometimes have less power over you when you examine them rather than sit in them. The key is to feel, analyse, and release.

2. House and Home

Cancer rules the fourth house which is all about the home. With emotions running high you may want to create an environment that makes you feel safe and secure…think about how colours, clutter, art etc make you feel.

Who you choose to spend time with will also have an impact. You may find that again, you will want to be around those who make you feel safe, protected and secure. Not only will you want to feel this but you will want to give it too. Expect the more nurturing, feminine part of yourself to show up this season.

3. Go Through The Motions

With the moon ruling Cancer many of us will be more tapped into our feminine powers. This includes intuition, empathy, love and even pain. Utilise all of these gifts particularly if you’re in the creative or sales field. Not only will it help you to connect deeply with others but it will also help you understand yourself and your emotions a bit more.

4. Sensitivity

Nostalgia may play a big part this season, directly influencing our levels of sensitivity. Art, particularly music is an excellent medium to explore these feelings. Whether you are enjoying it or creating it, use it as a way to relieve yourself of some of the memories passed. Personally I have a love hate relationship with nostalgia as it can be as painful as it can be blissful, music makes it so much easier…Some Adele anyone?
