More Top Tips For Manifesting
Sometimes the biggest challenge when trying to manifest can be maintaining the momentum you first started with; we acknowledge what we want, we watch or read something powerful and we get excited…things are happening! But very quickly the reality of our lives, which is often a direct contradiction of what we are trying to manifest can be incredibly depleting. So I have out together some tips I have found helpful throughout my journey. Now in no way am I an expert but I think that’s what could make this more impactful.
I hope they help!
1. Group Effort
Now I can’t speak on this personally but I think joining manifestation groups is an excellent idea! I come from a Pentecostal background and watched my mum go to prayer meetings on Wednesdays despite her attending church on Sundays which now makes so much sense to me. Church and other religious group meetings tend to leave us feeling revived - grateful even, but that feeling slowly lessens as the days go by and we can end up going back to being consumed by our day to day lives. Having a top up of faith mid week or whenever suits is a great way to keep the the momentum going and to feel supported while you do it.
I don’t know of may groups but I hear Sammy Ingram’s is very good. It includes challenges and testimonies etc. Check it out.
2. Nutrition
What we consume, both internally and externally, (ie content, shows...people) can make a massive impact on how we think and feel thus effecting what we attract. It is very important when manifesting that we are feeling our best while doing so, vitamins are a great way to maintain that feel good feeling. Look up vitamin D, Niacin or Omega 3.
3. Card Pull
Pulling cards is a good way to ask for guidance. What do you need to know? What steps do you need to take to accomplish your goals etc?
Another way I use cards particularly for manifesting is by removing all the cards I consider 'negative'. By doing this your outcome whatever you ask will always be 'yes' and 'success'….after all, a little delusion is permitted when manifesting!
P.s with regards to asking for guidance you don't need cards to do this, whatever you ask will be answered if you’re open to receiving the answer.
4. Affirmations
Repetition is key! The more you repeat your affirmation the more it’ll get planted in your subconscious. Yes you probably won’t believe the words at first but eventually it will stick. Do it while you’re working out, cleaning, doing your makeup etc.
5. Candle, Moon or Star Gazing
Focusing on one thing is a great way to concentrate on what you’re manifesting.
A good way to use candles is to write on your candle what you want and focus on the words or flame.
Star and Moon gazing is also great as they are already mesmerising, filling you with gratitude and hope.
6. Journaling
Writing is a excellent tool for manifesting as it forces you to concentrate on the words you writing, the story you're telling and the feeling that arises as you do it. Writing down your desires also incorporates visualisation which is of course very powerful and adds nuance to your dreams.
Writing about the same manifestation for 30 days works well to leave it imprinted on your subconscious thus making it more believable.
7. Visualisation
From vision boards to meditating to writing your desires down, picturing yourself living your best life daily is a great way to make its mark on your subconscious. It also makes you excited enough to inspire action.
